Problem:
Springfield removed the chief of police from Civil Service in the face of problems in the police department, rising crime, and personnel issues.
The incumbent Democratic State Representative said he was concerned that a people in the department might not get promoted. Serving the bureaucracy to him was more important than serving the public.
Problem:
We have people running red lights. Speeding, and a couple of elderly people had accidents
The Solution of the Republicrats:
Make every teenager pay for more hours of driver education
Make all of the elderly pay for retesting
Make everyone pay but the violators
